One licence per install, priced by device count.
No per-sensor maths, no per-user seats, no modules to bolt on. Pick the number of devices you actually monitor. Updates and support are included for as long as the licence is live.
Switches, APs, cameras and a couple of servers.
Start free trialWhat every licence includes
There is no cut-down edition. Every feature the product has is in every tier — the only thing that changes is how many devices you may monitor.
All features, every tier
Discovery, SNMP, syslog, the map, config backup, alarms, the AI assistant, multi-user accounts. Nothing is gated behind a higher price.
Updates while it's live
Every release published during your licence term, at no extra cost. There is no separate maintenance or updates subscription.
Support from the person who built it
Email support, answered within a working day. One-click redacted diagnostics make a bug report take about thirty seconds.
For MSPs and integrators
An add-on for people reselling monitoring rather than running one network.
Your name, logo and accent colour on the UI, a REST API with scoped tokens, and five installs under one agreement.
Questions people actually ask
What counts as a device?
Anything you add to the monitored list — one switch is one device, whether it has 8 ports or 48. Interfaces, sensors and metrics are not counted and never will be. Sensor-count pricing is the thing everyone hates about the incumbent.
What happens when the licence expires?
Nothing dramatic, and nothing is ever deleted. You get a dismissible banner from two weeks out, then a fourteen-day grace period where everything keeps working normally. Only after that does monitoring stop, and your data stays exactly where it is until you renew.
Is there a free tier?
No. There's a 14-day trial with every feature switched on for up to 10 devices, and after that it's a paid product. We'd rather have fewer customers paying properly than a large free user base we can't support.
Do I need one licence per site or per install?
Per install. One machine running AI NetRiva needs one licence, however many sites, subnets or buildings it reaches. If you run it on three machines, that's three licences.
Does the AI assistant cost extra?
Not from us. You supply your own API key for whichever provider you prefer — OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, DeepSeek, Groq and others are supported, as is a local Ollama instance that costs nothing and sends nothing anywhere. We never see those requests and never bill for them.
Can I get an invoice for accounting?
Yes — ask and one will be issued. Payment is handled through PayPal, which is a payment method rather than a merchant of record, so VAT-handled invoices are issued on request rather than automatically.
What if I outgrow my tier?
The app tells you before it becomes a problem — once you pass about 80% of your device limit it shows a quiet note about the next tier up. Moving up is a plan change, prorated; email us and it's done.
Not sure which tier?
Tell us roughly what you're monitoring and we'll tell you which one fits — including if that's the cheapest one.
